• Handling time: 1 business day
• Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the next business day
• Free shipping on all US orders of 2 or more pairs
• Ships from Washington state via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
• Domestic US only (contiguous 48 states)

Returns

• 14-day return window from date of delivery
• Returns accepted for any reason — defective or non-defective
• No restocking fee
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• No exchanges — return for a refund and place a new order
• Refunds processed within 1 business day of receiving the return

To start a return or report a damaged item, email orders@exoticscales.com with your order details and photos. Damaged items: contact within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit.
